It feels good to eat well (and healthy) and it feels even better when you see the results
Healthy food doesnt need to be tasteless and boring, heres a sample of a day in my kitchen when I am shredding for comp. I keep flavour within my foods, and keep the vegetable servings all green. I am kind of obsessed with beans and snow peas, they are my favourite and my go to when I want something quick and easy. Making your food look visually appealing is part of the pleasure of food, our first experience with it is through sight, so be mindful of how you plate up.
