My food passions have been growing throughout the years, and I have been fortunate enough to taste a variety of amazing foods throughout the world. My go to foods now, are bright in colour, nutrient rich and packed full of flavour.

I love talking about food, and I love creating food. Every day I take inspiration from Instagram and on weekends travelling around Sydney with my daughter to various health minded eateries. 

​

What I strive to promote is that fresh healthy food, does not mean substituting flavour, for the family at large, for fitness competitors or for those of us working towards a personal goal. Food is our daily medicine, and through mindful eating and the correct approach to nutritional supplementation we can limit sickness. Your daily nutrition is your investment in your health, as you use the best fuel for your car, you need to be aware of the fuel you feed your body. Feed it bad fuel, it will break down and not work at its optimum.

Being a teacher and seeing what our next generation is eating, I feel is a crisis. Limited fresh foods, processed packaged foods that are a quick fix to throw in the lunch box with no regard to how these foods are working for the students brain development, memory retention and also their behaviour and attention span. The obesity crisis is forecast to worsen in the future and our "quick fix" lifestyle is going to affect our children in their health and their future achievements. Their behaviour and attitude towards food, is a learnt behaviour from the moment they are born, modelled by us, their parents. I endeavour to help you with food ideas specifically for children, that will impress the harshest critics at the table.
